REFLYNG PERFECT CASE DESIGN WITH FLAW
Phone button is an important part needs to be care in case manufacturing. There were a Hongkong client brought iPhone 6S cases made from some other manufacturer, while the side button is not sensitive when putting these cases on, the producer thought there’s nobody would care and not willing to do extra things.
We treasure customer’s standard that dedicated to provide flawless products to consumers. So we’d love to help perfecting the sample, our R&D staffs checked sample and design drawing over and over again, finally found out there is a small gap between button and TPU bumper inside the case, it should be the cause of not sensitive.
Above that, our engineer came up with a better design drawing, unite button and TPU part as one part, problem solved, and simplified tooling.
